Patch Set Frogs Performing Ritual Music and Dance

Two frogs perform the ritual dance of Dengaku with hand fans. The patch is inspired by ink drawings from the Chōjū-giga scrolls, which belong to the Kōzan-ji Temple in Kyoto, Japan. It is said to be the oldest manga artwork, dating from the 12th-13th centuries. The scrolls contain caricature drawings of animals such as frogs, foxes, monkeys, cats, etc.
