Patch Snake

The design of this patch is based on an illustration from the Jūnirui Uta-awase scroll, created during the Muromachi period (1336–1573). It depicts the animals of the Chinese zodiac dressed in colorful kimonos, gathering for a poetic evening under the August full moon.

The scene combines humor, folklore, and traditional Japanese aesthetics. Thanks to the detailed embroidery, a small yet striking motif inspired by a historical illustration comes to life.

The patch comes directly from Japan and can be easily attached to clothing or accessories – simply stick it on or iron it on.
