Patch Bakeneko / Goblin Cat

In the old days, people were afraid of cats in the moonlight. The moonlight gave cats supernatural powers, especially those white ones. The old cats would become Bakeneko - in Japanese mythology, a yokai (demon) capable of transforming into human form.

In some stories, it is said that Bakeneko can cause illness or misfortune to their owners. They are also associated with supernatural abilities, such as the ability to summon demons or communicate with spirits. In Japanese folklore, Bakeneko often have an ambivalent nature, and their behavior can be both friendly and dangerous.
